These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of DLife Purified Mineral Water and other products from Doctor Food Vitality Limited ("DFV", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated and operating in the Republic of Zambia. By placing an order, purchasing, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

3. Product Information and Standards
DLife Purified Mineral Water is produced in accordance with:
- Zambia Bureau of Standards (ZABS) regulations for packaged drinking water
- Zambia Compulsory Standards Act requirements
- Food Safety and quality standards as regulated by Zambian authorities
- All applicable public health and environmental regulations in Zambia
We reserve the right to modify product specifications, packaging, and pricing without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval where required.

4.2 Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance by DFV. We will confirm your order via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call. An order is only binding once we have sent you confirmation.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment through:
- Airtel Money
- MTN Money
- Bank Transfer (details provided upon order confirmation)
- Cash on Delivery (for eligible orders within Lusaka)
4.4 Payment Terms
- Retail customers: Payment is required before delivery unless Cash on Delivery is arranged
- Business/Wholesale customers: Payment terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis with credit approval
- All prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
5. Pricing and Fees
All prices displayed are accurate at the time of publication but may be subject to change. The following applies:
- Prices are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW)
- Delivery fees apply based on location and order size
- Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in all prices where applicable
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in production costs, taxes, or market conditions
- Price changes do not affect confirmed orders that have been paid for
6. Delivery and Transportation
6.1 Delivery Area
We deliver primarily within Lusaka and surrounding areas. Delivery to other regions in Zambia may be arranged upon request and subject to additional fees.
6.2 Delivery Times
Standard delivery timeframes are 1-3 business days within Lusaka. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control including weather, traffic, public holidays, or vehicle availability.
6.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect products upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies immediately.
6.4 Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery attempts.
7. Product Quality and Safety
DFV is committed to providing safe, high-quality products:
- All products meet ZABS quality standards for packaged drinking water
- Products are sealed at our facility and should arrive with tamper-evident packaging intact
- Storage instructions are printed on product packaging and must be followed
- Best before dates are clearly marked on all products
- Do not consume products if packaging is damaged or if the product has passed its best before date
8. Returns, Refunds, and Complaints
8.1 Product Defects
If you receive defective, damaged, or contaminated products, contact us immediately at +260 964 246 250 or info@dfvafrica.com. We will replace defective products at no charge or provide a full refund, subject to verification of the defect.
8.2 Return Conditions
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or does not meet quality standards
- The complaint is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product packaging is intact (except where damage is the basis of the complaint)
- Proof of purchase is provided
8.3 Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored, unless there is a verified quality issue.
8.4 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method (Airtel Money, MTN Money, or bank transfer).
9. Consumer Rights
Under Zambian consumer protection laws, you have the right to:
- Receive products that are safe, of acceptable quality, and fit for purpose
- Accurate information about products and pricing
- Fair treatment and protection from unfair business practices
- Recourse for defective or unsafe products
These Terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights under Zambian law.
10. Health and Safety Disclaimers
- DLife Water is intended for human consumption and meets all applicable safety standards
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Once opened, consume within a reasonable timeframe and refrigerate if possible
- Do not reuse bottles for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer
- Keep out of reach of small children to avoid choking hazards from bottle caps
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, DFV's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Zambian law.
12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and brand names including "DLife," "Doctor Food Vitality Limited," and "DFV" are the intellectual property of Doctor Food Vitality Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
13. Business-to-Business (B2B) Terms
For wholesale, distribution, or commercial customers, additional terms may apply:
- Minimum order quantities and special pricing are subject to written agreement
- Credit terms require credit application approval and compliance with payment terms
- Late payment may incur interest charges at prevailing commercial rates
- Resale of DLife Water must comply with all applicable Zambian regulations
14. Force Majeure
DFV is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, strikes, power outages, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
15. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of our products or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the purchase of our products:
- First, contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter amicably
- If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) of Zambia
- Either party may pursue remedies through the courts of Zambia
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DFV regarding the purchase and use of our products, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
